Real people answer, around the clock

Contact SmmFoxi Support

Support before, during and after an order — plus the company details behind the panel. Every channel below reaches a person, not a bot.

Ways to reach us

Email support

Best for order problems, billing and anything you want on record. Include your order ID and the link you submitted — that is usually all we need to settle it in one reply.

[email protected]

Telegram support

The fastest route for a quick question before you order. This is our human support account, not an automated bot.

Support runs 24/7 in nine languages. If an order is already placed, message us from the account that placed it — that is the fastest way for us to look it up.

Before you write in

A reply that already solves your problem needs four things from you. Without them, our first message back is usually just a request for them — which costs you a round trip.

  1. Your order ID, copied from the order history in your dashboard. It is the fastest way for us to see exactly what was submitted and what state it is in.

  2. The link or username you submitted, exactly as you entered it. Most “nothing happened” reports turn out to be a private account, a deleted post, or a typo in the handle.

  3. What you expected and what actually happened, with numbers. “Ordered 1,000, counted 1,000 at the start, 940 now” tells us more than “the order dropped”.

  4. A screenshot if the panel showed an error. Capture the whole window — the URL and the timestamp matter as much as the message itself.

Compose your message

Fill this in and we'll open your own email app with the subject and details already written — read it over, then send. Nothing is submitted from this page itself.

How to check it is really us

We only write from the email address and Telegram handle shown on this page. We will never ask for your social account password, login code or two-factor code — a public link to your post or profile is all an order needs. If anyone asks for credentials in our name, it is not us.

Our official accounts

These are the only accounts we run. Anything else using our name — a different handle, a lookalike domain, a “support” account that messages you first — is not us. Check an account against this list.

Questions about contacting us

How fast will someone reply?

Support is staffed 24 hours a day, every day of the week — there is no queue that only opens on Monday. In practice Telegram is answered fastest because it is a live conversation, while email carries more detail and is the right choice when you want a written record. Either way, a message that already includes your order ID is usually resolved in one reply instead of three.

Can I call you, or visit the office?

No — we do not run a phone line or a walk-in counter. The address on this page is a correspondence address for a fully online service, which is why every support route here is written rather than spoken. That is deliberate: order IDs, links and API keys are error-prone to read out loud and much safer to paste.

What language should I write in?

Use whichever of our nine site languages you are most comfortable with. If yours is not among them, English is the safest fallback. One request either way: please do not send only a screenshot with no text — we cannot search a screenshot for your order.

Will support ever contact me first?

Only in reply to something you started, and only from the email address and Telegram handle listed on this page. We will never message you out of the blue asking for a password, a one-time code, or a payment to a personal wallet. If that happens it is someone impersonating us — check the account against the official list above, then report it.
